As part of the simplification of the granting of sponsorships and other types of cooperation, the National Sports Agency publishes its CI (corporate identity) for the use of the agency’s logo on the websites and promotional materials of cooperating organizations.
About the law
State symbols are regulated in the following legal regulations:

o determines who and in what way is entitled to use state emblems
A new Act No. 352/2001 Coll. Entered into force in October last year,
on the Use of State Symbols of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Act), which repealed the existing Act on the Use of the State Emblem, the State Flag and Other State Symbols. In accordance with the law, state symbols include a large coat of arms and a small coat of arms, the national flag, the flag of the President of the Republic, the national seal and the national anthem. All these symbols may only be used in accordance with the law, in a suitable and dignified manner.
The large state emblem and the small state emblem are only allowed to be used by entities defined by law. It is mainly the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, Deputy and Senator, the Office of the Chamber of Deputies and the Office of the Senate, the President of the Republic and the Office of the President, the Government and the Office of the Government, the Public Defender of Rights and the Office of the Public Defender of Rights, Ministries and other administrative officesother eligible entities.
The logo consists of three parts of the symbol, the tricolor and the logotype.
The small coat of arms is used by authorized persons on decisions and other official acts or on documents certifying important facts issued in the exercise of their statutory powers. The small coat of arms can also be depicted on Czech coins.
The National Sports Agency is entitled to use a small coat of arms in its logo, and therefore it is necessary to strictly adhere to the Corporate Identity of the National Sports Agency.
